Payment Policy
1) Only paid orders will be processed. 

2) Payments (Item amount + Postage fee) are to be made t

Cancellation Policy
1) No cancellation after orders are paid and processed. 

Delivery Policy

1) All products will be checked for defects before mailing.


2) Delivery can only be done through postage (unless otherwise stated):
Local postage: $1.50 for normal mail and $3.50 for registered mail. Please take note that postage charges varies according to the weight of your product(s).

3) We would like to seek for your understanding that we would not be liable for any lost mails by SingPost. Hence, registered mail is recommended.

Exchange / Refund Policy
All products will be checked for defects before mailing, thus all product(s) sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Unless there are special cases, for example:
→Wrong delivery: Colour/Size of product delivered is not what the buyer has ordered.

Any Exchange / Refund case(s) must be made known to us through email within 3 days upon issuing of products by us.

Full refund will be carried out if exchange is not possible due to products not being in stock, however, it will be based on a case-to-case situation.

Product Quality Policy

1) Actual color and material may slightly differ due to different monitor's colour resolution.

2) Measurements provided are ESTIMATED thus please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.
